Caffeine used to never affect me. Now when I drink coffee I feel jittery for a while. Tea and soda doesn’t bother me. Could this be related to hypothyroidism?

What sodas do not have caffeine in them?

I am on orders from my doctor to not drink any caffeine for right now, as part of my treatment for insomnia. I know all about caffeine free sodas, but does anyone know of any others? I would like to be able to buy a soda from a vending machine or from restaurants without having to guess as to whether or not it has caffeine in it. Thanks for your help!
By caffeine free sodas, I mean Caffeine Free Pepsi or Coke, or other sodas without caffeine.

I have no other dietary restrictions or allergies.

How much caffeine is in sweet tea?

I just found out that I am pregnant and I want to avoid things rich in caffeine. I know that I need to avoid coffee and soda but what about iced tea? I generally drink Arizona sweet tea and was just wondering how much caffeine is in it and if it is safe for my baby?

When I drink coffee, I always get a caffeine high. But I have no caffeine high of any sort from soda

Why is this?

I’ve learned that soda and coffee are both addicting. THis is probably due to the caffeine. I know that caffeine is used to treat headaches. Is it a drug or not? If it is, why is it allowed in soda and coffee? And why are yo;ung people allowed to consume it?

Is it safe to take 200mg of caffeine a day?

I’m specifically talking about Force Factor Ramp Up.
Will it have the same effects as soda or energy drinks with high caffeine?
Will I get severe headaches if I try to stop taking it after a few days, or weeks?

I want to give it a try but it has so much caffeine. Is it too much?

Say like soda? I’m trying to do an experiment Im wondering if there’s any way of extracting caffeine from a drink and checking the amount?

And I do know some websites say how many mg or whatever is in a certain drink but I MYSELF want to see.

Or more specifically, coffee? My boyfriend drinks both coffee and soda everyday. I know coffee has its health benefits, but I’ve read that too much caffeine can be dangerous. If it matters, my boyfriend has Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome and has a very fast heart rate, which I know can be increased by drinking caffeine. Any feedback is greatly appreciated:)

I love tea, and soda’s but need something that taste good with little caffeine and sugar.

My parents always told me that caffeine affects you less as a teen than as a toddler… I’m beginning to believe them. I’m 14, and I’ve noticed that a cup of soda doesnt make me as hyper and a cup of tea doesnt keep me up as long as when I was younger.
