How to get rid of caffeine head aches?
I’m trying to quit with the caffeine and since I stopped drinking cokes I have been having headaches everyday and Tylenol does not seem to help. Any advice?

One of my new years resolutions was to stop drinking sodas and the past two days i’ve gone from drinking about three sodas a day to none and i’ve been having terrible headaches…could this be from not having any of the caffeine from the sodas? and if so how long do you think it’ll take for them to go away?
I’ve learned that soda and coffee are both addicting. THis is probably due to the caffeine. I know that caffeine is used to treat headaches. Is it a drug or not? If it is, why is it allowed in soda and coffee? And why are yo;ung people allowed to consume it?
My body hates caffeine, if I drink it, that night I won’t be able to fall asleep until really late at night, and if I drink enough (Even half of a can) I get headaches. However, I LOVE the taste of them. Anyone know of any drinks that taste similar to monster, rockstar, etc., but have no caffeine, or very low amounts of it? I should add that sugar’s fine, the more the better in my opinion.
Are there any effective methods for dealing with caffeine withdrawal symptoms? I am trying to kick the habit, but the headaches are awful and nothing seems to help.
I mean, other that the obvious ones (i.e. wanting caffeine badly)…I am trying to figure out whether I am just craving caffeine constantly, or if there is more to it than that. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
And yes, I do get headaches when I cut down on caffeine. So maybe I do have a problem after all…Thanks for answering!
I get headaches when I have little or no caffeine, so I usually get to school and start feeling then headache. It’s then usually about seven hours before I get home so thats how long I have headaches. Is it a caffeine addiction, and if so what is the worst thing it could do to me in both short and long term?
Ps. I drink around five cups of coffee per day and I’m 13.
I want to stop drinking caffeinated coffee but, i get major headaches that don’t go away unless i have caffeine. any help would be appreciated.
So i’m coming off Hydroxycut Hardcore(6-8 pills a day), and massive loads of pop… I took hydroxycut was for almost two years straight… basically i could drink 4-5 monsters a day and it would have no effect, on top of my hydroxycut… it was weird
-But i have quit (about two days ago) and i have had massive headaches, hungry all the time… i was just wondering what that side effects of quitting caffeine are? and how long it takes to leave your system?
I am on day two of keeping caffeine out of my diet, and I haven’t had any caffeine since Sunday at 9:30, I have been through the headaches and vomiting and all that pretty much is over now just feel tired with a mild headache. My question is once the caffeine is out of my system will I still feel tired or will my body naturally adjust to not having it anymore. For example, will I feel as alert and awake as someone who has caffeine regularly?
