I know the fraps are anywhere from 1200 to 1800 calories ![]()

I’ve been told diaretics like caffeine or alcohol cause you to urinate away calories before you can burn them. Say for example you drink an energy drink with 100 calories–does your body take in and proccess all 100 or do you pass some amount of it instead? Basically I’m wondering if when you drink something like an energy drink, are you really taking in as many calories as listed on the can?
What has less calories/sugar– a double non-fat latte with sugar free vanilla syrup, or a double non-fat latte with 2 packets of Splenda? I like both but would rather drink the one with less calories if there’s a significant difference.
i ordered a small skinny caramel latte at coffee bean, but i dont usually go there; i usually go to starbucks, and that latte at starbucks is 90 calories. i cant find the nutrition information for this latte at coffeebean.com, does anyone know how many cals it has?? please!
I was thinking of getting one today at lunch, I don’t care about the fat/calories thanks!
But I don’t wanna waste my money on a drink that tastes awful (I dislike the hazlenut hot choc as it was way too sugary so if its anything like that its a no no)
What do they taste like? Along with the other seasonal hot drinks and foos? Thankyouuuu
Like a 16 ounce Pepsi or MTN Dew. Which has more caffeine? How come they never rate the caffeine content in pop? sugar and calories are measured!
I went for the first time today and I wasn’t sure what to order. I usually order a nonfat sugar-free vanilla latte from Starbucks, so which is closer to that? Also what are the calories in a nonfat, no sugar added vanilla latte from Coffee Bean?
Thanks!
They are both milky coffee’s and I don’t mind which I have so I’ll choose the lowest in calories if I can find out the difference. Thank you.
I’m trying to watch my calories but I just can’t give up my Starbucks!!
I love Dunkin’ Donuts Mocha Swirl Lattes, hot or iced, but my habit can get expensive! LOL! I’m looking for that perfect recipe that will feed my habit without emptying my wallet! (Sugar Free or Light on Calories would be excellent!)
With summer coming, I’m especially looking for a recipe like this in a type of smoothie. Can anyone help me out?
Thanks!
