I made a big mistake of drinking a latte too late at night?

I’m not tired at all, and I drank it about 5 hours ago. Is there anything I can do to make the caffeine wear off?

At this point you can’t get rid of the caffeine in you blood stream. You can try drinking some warm milk. Milk contains tryptophan, which is a natural enzyme in foods that makes you sleepy. Warming the milk releases these enzymes. Also, turn off the computer and the television, and anything else that makes noice and stimulates the brain. Drink the warm milk and sit and read a book.
Now, I’m going to take my own advise and do the same thing.
Work out, cold shower.
Not much.
Your body will break the caffeine down in a few hours.
That is about it.
A tot of brandy might counterbalance it enough to let you sleep.
drink some more of it and eventually ull pass out from the caffeine u can do this next time sorry for responding so late
