I need to know what type of population has caffeine addictions and what the treatment plan is.

I seem to get a buzz off caffeine free pepsi! I’ve heard decaf coffee and tea have traces of caffeine…Is that the case with the pepsi?

I am on orders from my doctor to not drink any caffeine for right now, as part of my treatment for insomnia. I know all about caffeine free sodas, but does anyone know of any others? I would like to be able to buy a soda from a vending machine or from restaurants without having to guess as to whether or not it has caffeine in it. Thanks for your help!
By caffeine free sodas, I mean Caffeine Free Pepsi or Coke, or other sodas without caffeine.

I have no other dietary restrictions or allergies.

I’m trying to quit with the caffeine and since I stopped drinking cokes I have been having headaches everyday and Tylenol does not seem to help. Any advice?

When I make iced green tea I steep 3-4 bags in a pitcher of cold water in the fridge for about an hour. I know this brand normally has about 40mg caffeine per cup when steeped hot for ~4 min. How does the difference in preparation affect the caffeine in the end product, if at all?

Wondering if someone could give me some ideas.

I live in the uk and i HATE COFFEE.

I’m looking for some caffeine pills with a very high content so that I find my work outs easier to do and then as time goes on i can do it without it.

Anyone got any ideas?

Lets say you had 4-6 energy drinks and then drive, and you can’t really focus on the road. Im guessing that their would be nothing the cop could do if you weren’t drinking alchol. You would past the breath test, and even if they did a blood test it would only show caffeine, which their is no law that prohibits driving on a surger high.

Im just wondering because online it says that chewing stay alert gum works by absorbing the caffeine through mouth tissue and that after 10 minutes 99% of the caffeine hits you so does that mean that almost 100 mg of caffeine gets into your bloodstream? If not then how many mg’s get absorbed after chewing it for 10 minutes?

I’m talking about the small cups made for Greek/Turkish coffee. I’ve had a couple and a can of coke but I don’t wanna rape my body with caffeine.

Also, how much caffeine would be in 4 shots of ‘black tea espresso’?
