I have a high tolerance to caffeine. I can’t seem to concentrate anymore after I have my cup of coffee. I also can’t concentrate if I don’t have my cup of coffee. Is my concentration problem because of high caffeine tolerance or could it be because I haven’t been studying for 6 months?

Caffeine withdrawal can occur from missing just one cup of coffee. Symptoms include headaches, irritability, inability to work effectively, nervousness, restlessness, and lethargy.
