Just a quick video showing how I make my lattes on the La Pavoni with PID controller. I’m not latte art expert, but I try to provide some information on what I have learned thus far. Hope you enjoy the video, thanks!

another fantastic jam held at the ona roastery. this one saw the toughest competition so far with a lot of the big guns finding them selves forced to face off in the early stages of the preliminary round. this was a fantastic opportunity for the other rising stars of canberra latte art to show off their impressive skills as they pour to perfection in order to progress further in the comp. It must be said that the most impressive performance of the night came from the biggest man in the room and quite possibly the biggest barista in Australia, Mr Simon Cusden (urban foods manager). He took the comp by surprise and caused some major upsets knocking out first Caleb Evans( runner up last jam) in the quarter finals and then stuck it to sam corra ( best know to you as bacco555888 himself) in the semi’s. this set up for and interesting grand final with simon against Ona junior isaac evans. but the big man intimidated the youngster, forcing issac to choke and conjure up a some what Picasso style swan whilst simon poured a solid tulip like clown and brought home the jam title for for urbanfood. all in all it was a great night and we are all looking forward to the next jam. once again apologies to those who are not in the video. i got alot a footage but beer and camera man = most of it out of focus. anyway enjoy. songs in order are 1) Arcane by superVision 2) speak of the devil by hermitude 3) big dream by gramatik
