how long does caffeine stay in your system. I’m guessing I’m going through caffeine withdrawal. I’ve been taking caffeine based supplements and drink 2-3 cups of caffeine for about 2 months. I completely stopped using them. How long will it take for my heart to stop pounding and me having a slight head ache and me just feeling ugh!! out of it. All EKG’s and Chest X’rays are normal.

literature value of caffeine is 3 – 5 % from tea leaves , but I got 0.009% of pure percentage yield. What is the major reason for this low yield?

I’m doing some research on the dangers of energy drinks. I came across a fact that guarana, often found in energy drinks, is very high in caffeine. Apparently, guarana seeds contain more caffeine than coffee beans. Monster and Rockstar both have 160mg of caffeine per can. Just wondering, does that number include the caffeine found in guarana?

Is this really bad for my baby? do you think I’m wasting money and costing my baby’s health as well? and on the days I don’t get a chai I get a decaf frappucino with much less caffeine but lots of sugar in it?
